Admission Procedure at Depaul school

• A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
• Copies of parent’s Identification cards or passport no.
• Latest school report from the child’s current school – if the child is already a continuing learner.
• Leaving certificate or letter from the previous school.
• Nemis number and CBA assessment number for those registered already.
• KPSEA online certificate duly certified by the previous head teacher – for those joining our Junior Secondary School.
• Duly filled KIA application form.
• Two passport size photographs
• Copies of parent’s ID cards
• Registration fees of Ksh. 1,500 (One thousand five hundred) (non-refundable).
• Booking fee of Ksh. 5,000 (Five thousand only – Booking fee will be considered as part payment of tuition fee for the term of entry).
• Admission form should be filled after the interview and payment admission and booking fee. No interview fee for reception class and PP1 class.
• Parents are informed of the outcome within one day of the written test If a space is offered, the child’s admission / enrolment must be confirmed and all dues fees paid on or before entry date.
• If, within two weeks, enrolment is not confirmed, the child’s place is offered to another
• Fill in the transport requisition form if the child will use school transport.
• Fill in clubs consent form. Note that a child is required to participate in at least one club and a maximum of three based on clubs schedules.
